“Usually have a great experience here, today the girl working drive through was mumbling while taking my order and acting like I was a big inconvenience even being there. Then, I asked for a straw and I’m pretty sure she rolled her eyes at me lol. Dang, I won’t inconvenience you anymore and just stop going. She was probably having a bad day , but I feel like you shouldn’t take that out on us.“
“One of the only Starbucks that listens to you when you ask for less ice! Sounds stupid, I know. But places these days are not always under the best management and there (obviously) tends to be more complaints that come with that. I appreciate the service!
