A friend and I stopped at the Wendy's in Cottage Grove and were disappointed the burgers and fries were all cold. My friend went up to the counter with the cold food and they replaced it with more cold food! We will not ever stop at a Wendy's again! There were quite a few employees behind the counter that weren't busy and were just talking to each other. My friend and I were the only customers there!
Went to Wendy’s in Cottage Grove tonight. I was in a oversized vehicle and when I pulled in the lot I witnessed someone else walk up to the door to find it locked and walk back to their car so I got onto the Drive thru lane but since I was over the height limit I needed to modify how I went through the drive through. Zero concern for customer service. Don't know their own menu, don't know how to use drive thru headset and will scream through their mic. Incapable of getting an order correct. Bad attitudes.
this morning was nothing more than a bunch of screaming girls acting like they were in middle school. This was the last chance I have this location. Horrible.
