I barely ever go to McDonald's but when I do the shake machine is always down seriously ALWAYS. now come on Mcd's you act like you can't afford a new oneMy boyfriend goes on his lunch break from work solely to get a milkshake and sad so sad to hear "our shake machine is down"Once in awhile I could understand but this is ridiculous..... glad I don't go out to eat often.
Heard the employee's arguing about who was going to wait on the counter. There was a long line. So no one waited on us!I put my order in at kiosk. Waited and waited in that long line, watching orders come up on the screen. I opted to pay for my order at the counter. Therefore, my order was not there. So......what was the point in using the kiosk?So, my experience here......? Very disrespectful little twits working behind the counter. Food is OK. Prices have went up every where due to the increase in supple/grocery prices. But nowadays, eating out means paying higher prices, because restaurants says food costs & labor costs are up OK that's fair. But don't cut back on the food &/Or quality also. Service was very sad, no smile, no hello, no Thank you.
