I love this location! They are always so kind, and very apologetic if there's a wait time. I've NEVER had an issue with my order, and I ALWAYS tip. There's a sign that says "please be kind, we are short staffed" on the drive up speaker, and it makes me so sad to think people are rude to these angels!
The guy who took out order, assembled our subs and helped us was very polite. Sandwiches were just as we ordered. No complaints there!Now, for why I only gave it 4 stars..Went there about 9pm on a Friday night. Was going to go inside but the doors were locked even though it said they were open till 10pm. The food was great however the sandwich I ordered didn't have the same amount of meat as the first time olive ordered it. Don't know of first time was over portioned or second time unde portioned.
