“I cannot say enough good things about West Main Pizza. I also don’t even know where to start with this review. I’ll start with the food. The Brisket Pizza!!! Omg!!! The cheese pizza!!!! Omg!! The Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza!!!!! O!!!!!M!!!!!!!G!!!! In as Chandler Bing as my voice can get!!! Beer was delicious!! But now the service the service is next to none. Personable, checking on you to see if you need anything else. As well as messing with the kids as they watch them make pizza from the steps behind the glass. Entertaining our kids by throwing pepperoni at the window and making it stick. We were a large group and we wanted for LITERALLY nothing. 10 out of 10. Hell 100 out of 10. 100% Veteran Approved!!!”

“Just seriously a great place to eat and work at!! Family owned and operated with an amazing hometown feel! Longest running restaurant in the FM area (celebrating 75 years this year 2022!) Always involved and helping the community. Large portions for an amazing price! Just LOVE this place!! (And I’m not just saying that cause I’m the manager lol 😂)”

“The soft pretzels were served nicely. They give plenty of cheese questions sauce with it. The cheese curds had a really big amount it was kind of salty but it was still good to enjoy. There was leftovers for me . I thank the waitress that served me at my table. She was very helpful and also knew all about the menu with any questions that I had. Thank you.”

“ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN REFUSED TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT UP SET THEN SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON. and then EVERYONE JUST DISAPPEARS... IM AFRAID TO EVEN EAT MY FOOD WITH HOW THE HANDLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name. Wasn't wearing her name tag, refused to give me a phone number to reach a GM. Finally they gave me Theresa's name.”

We were celebrating our anniversary and many people wished us a happy anniversary and we received a free dessert as their gift. My husband and I felt so relaxed as we never had to ask for a refill or anything! They were very attentive! Thank you for an amazing meal!! We had the burrata appetizer, tri-tip steak, steak Diane, the soup special that was a curry soup, flourless chocolate cake, and the lemon lavender crème brûlée.”
