We’ve been there three times now and it gets more disappointing each time. This last time we waited over an hour to get our order. When we finally got our food it was cold. An individual in our party had ordered a pizza and when it finally arrived it did not have the correct toppings. The waiter was made aware and took the pizza back to the kitchen. He returned with the same pizza and they corrected it by throwing cold toppings on it. They brought it back without any apology...read full review
We love eating at the Spike. Each if us has a favorite, and the food is consistently delicious. Highly recommend the super nachos and burgers.
I am a week behind on writing this post, but this post, I must write!
I had spinal surgery on Dec. 30th and I live directly across the street from the Silver Spike, in Dilworth. On Jan. 6th, I called them with a tall order, that they were happy to fulfill.

Silver Spike Restaurant & Bar offers a positive dining experience with a nice menu selection and friendly wait staff. The atmosphere is cool but can get noisy, especially in the back room. Service highlights include prompt greetings, attentive and pleasant waiters like Justin, and excellent servers such as Ruby, who kept guests entertained and satisfied, and Samantha, whose chipper and cheerful attitude was infectious. While service can be slow when only a couple workers are present, it is normally pretty good, and the staff is very friendly. Food is consistently good and tasty, with meals arriving hot as ordered. Specific meals mentioned include the Walleye Sandwich with a tossed salad, the Train Wreck Burger with fries and Blackberry Chipotle Sauce, the pizza burger which was absolutely delicious, and a piece of cheesecake for dessert. Thursday steak night is a favorite for a good dinner under $16, featuring amazing taste and a Brussels sprouts side with a sweet honey sauce. Overall, the restaurant has good quality cooks who get food out fast, making it a place to return to for another burger.
