“ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. FAILED TO HONOR A COUPON I PRESENTED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE ORDER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP. THEN REFUSED TO FIX IT SO WHEN I GOT UP SET THEN SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ISSUE AT ALL. THE MANAGER THERESA WITH RED HAIR AND TATTOOS AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WOULD NOT HANDLE ANYTHING PROFESSIONALLY. IT MAY HAVE ONLY BEEN A $3 COUPON BUT I PRESENTED IT PRIOR TO ORDERING MY FOOD AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR OR FIX ANYTHINF AND TOLD ME "YOU NEED TO USE IT ANOTHER DAY" I LITERALLY CAME TO DQ TO USE THE COUPON. and then EVERYONE JUST DISAPPEARS... IM AFRAID TO EVEN EAT MY FOOD WITH HOW THE HANDLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She refused to give me her name, the managers name, the shift leads name. Wasn't wearing her name tag, refused to give me a phone number to reach a GM. Finally they gave me Theresa's name.“

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Pickabob. They truly got me through my pregnancy, and I’ll forever be grateful for that smoked mac and cheese. Comfort food doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s rich, flavorful, and somehow smells just as incredible as it tastes, which says a lot. Beyond the food, the people are what make this place unforgettable. The customer service is always amazing and you’re treated like family from the moment you walk up. There’s such a strong, welcoming community surrounding the food truck, and it really shows in every interaction. Even during busy rushes, the wait time is as quick and fair as it can possibly be, and they always keep you in the loop about when your order will be ready. That kind of communication goes a long way. And while the mac and cheese will forever have my heart, the chicken kebabs are absolutely unreal. I’d honestly do just about anything for them. “I visited this location July 22nd around 8:15pm. The woman at the window was so personable and went above and beyond to ensure the customer service was good. I’m hoping management will see this and recognize her for representing the company well.“

“We stopped in for lunch on Saturday with our family of five and overall had a good experience. Most of the food was very good and everyone enjoyed their meals. One burger was a bit overcooked, but everything else was prepared well and tasted great.
A special shoutout to our server, Alexis. We learned it was only her second day, and you never would have known it! She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a great attitude and provided excellent service. For being so new, she did an outstanding job and was definitely the highlight of our visit.
The only downside was our initial interaction when we arrived. The hostess seemed a bit bothered by our arrival, which was surprising since the restaurant was nearly empty. It left us feeling more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests.
That said, Alexis more than made up for it with her excellent service, and we appreciate the effort she put into making our meal enjoyable.“

Amazing food, friendly, and at first we thought we made a mistake accidentally only getting one fry instead of two but holy moly one is def enough to share! Might have to go to small burgers next though cause way bigger then I expected cause I couldn't even get a whole bite in my mouth due to the size!! Love it!“

“We eat lunch most days at ruby Tuesday . We have no complaints and don’t expect all to be perfect every day ..we are working with humans trying their best . Sometimes when feeling like complaining put yourself in that servers place or think if that was your daughter or son how you would like them treated .. as far as complaints about a specific blond server .. she is one of the most efficient there . There are people who just like to complain maybe hoping for a free meal .“
