The restaurant appeared clean and tidy, while I didn't eat the salad bar it was visually appealing which is always a good sign.We ordered four meals. 2 with tots and one with fries all heavily over salted. Fish and chips was cooked correctly and tasted good. Two burgers tasted great but portion wise was disappointing how tiny they were.Service was very lacking. Aside from the menu prices being increased a good deal, and I think the majority of the staff was new the last time I was there, the food was still good and the wait staff did what they could I keep up.

We eat lunch most days at ruby Tuesday . We have no complaints and don’t expect all to be perfect every day ..we are working with humans trying their best . Sometimes when feeling like complaining put yourself in that servers place or think if that was your daughter or son how you would like them treated .. as far as complaints about a specific blond server .. she is one of the most efficient there . There are people who just like to complain maybe hoping for a free meal .
