They were decently steady. We got the wrong appetizer, never got the milk with our kids meal, and our server brought out the wrong sides that we ordered. When our appetizer came out wrong and I told the food runner that we never ordered cheese curds, we had ordered everything pretzel bites and he said well we are out of those and walked away. Our server at that time was sitting at a high top in the bar area eating and on her phone. We had yet to even put in our dinner order. I...

Made an online order with a gift card and was going to leave a tip in cash however, the lady who was bringing the food out from the back made a snide comment to another staff how there was no gratuity added to the order. Definitely didn’t leave a tip after that and most likely won’t be returning

Delighted with the service, the restaurant is what it is, and does it PERFECTLY. 10/10 recommend, so long as you have realistic expectations.
Kid-friendliness: It's a more family friendly sports bar, so exercise your best judgement, but I would have no issue taking my kids here.
