Tonight I watched an employee do food temp checks down the entire line, while not wearing gloves, and using the same thermometer and single piece of paper towel. He would take a temp, record it on the tablet, wipe it with the paper towel and repeat- all the way down the line. Meat, fajita veggies, queso- all of it. The entire restaurant is consistently dirty with food all over tables, counters and the floor. I love Chipotle but can't visit this store anymore; it's gone downhill...read full review
6 workers standing around doing nothing while one young lady was running the entire line by herself. Went to order and they were out of black beans/pork/corn/cheese with 2 hours till close. I cannot believe how poor this place is ran. Truly looked like the 5 workers were sharing one singular braincell and taking turns using it. I am sorry for the one young lady trying to move the line along.

I have started to go to QDOBA due to the insane wait. At first I thought they were just busy but today it was dead. No one in line just a few people waiting for their mobile order. There seemed to only be one or two girls actually making orders while others stopped in the middle of the kitchen to gossip. I should not have waited over 25 minutes for a bowl when they were not busy at all
