been coming here since i was a little kid. they just signed a 10 yr co tract and will be around for at least another 10 years! always the best placw to eat at the mall!!!!
Hair cooked right in the pizza. Salad was old and croutons were soggy. I was offered a new slice of pizza but its a dive pizza shop in a mall. Otherwise, the hairy pizza tasted okay. What doesnt taste okay was no apology. Just a blank stare and apathy.
I usually have a pretty good experience at this Sbarro, but today's visit was disappointing. The pepperoni strombolis were a little overcooked almost burnt, as you can see in the photos. The pizza itself was okay, but it seemed like there wasn't much quality control today.
The two employees working also looked tired and came across as a bit unfriendly. I know everyone has off days, and working in food service isn't easy, but it definitely affected the overall experience....read full review
