The food is pretty good here, however, if I had not ordered on the app I don't know if I would have ordered because the gate is sometimes down across the counter and the conditions with which we have to order are less than ideal. Perhaps if this store was not connected to a gas station the quality of service would be better.Parking: There are a number of parking spots, however some of them are shared with the gas station.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots near the front door. There is no push button controls to open the doors however.

We waited in the drive thru line for over 50 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. When we asked why it was taking so long the window person just asked the manager to come “deal” with us. And all they said was we can request a refund online if we’re not happy. Terrible customer service and clearly the staff have no idea how to make more than one order at a time.

Ordered Big Fish,no pickles... Well... Hardly NO lettuce and they had put the bun in microwave ( which made it HARD) and the mayonnaise was really thin like it was watered down!!! I was SO disappointed! And pissed!!!

I am extremely upset. I took my last bit of money. Went to Burger King thinking. That I was gonna get exactly what I needed to in my night with supper. Asked for an original crispy chicken Sandwich with the lettuce on the side and I got a fake chicken Sandwich. That circle not oval with no lettuce in the bag period I'm highly upset. They won't answer the phone so they can accommodate me. And fixes, it's almost closed and I am not happy the worst ever.
