It's just nice going to a place where you're talking to a person and not dealing with a machine for your order. And not looked down at because you didn't order with the order machine.

The food is pretty good here, however, if I had not ordered on the app I don't know if I would have ordered because the gate is sometimes down across the counter and the conditions with which we have to order are less than ideal.
