“June 18th 2025 at approximately 630pm. Got a tray for my 2 year old so the takeout box was definitely not filled to the brim. When I got to the register, I set my take out box on the counter and waited for the employee to weigh it. There was 1 female worker that was filling other orders and 1 male worker (appears to me a manager) at the register doing paper work, not paying me much attention. It took him a moment but he then weighed my box. I was certain the scale was zeroed out at -.24 to account for the box. He rang me up at $30 and took a brief look up at me, which i thought was odd. I took a moment to check with my wife and we agreed that it was way too expensive. I asked the male worker if this was correct and he nervously looked at his coworker and said something along the lines that maybe they didn't reset the scale from prior and adjusted the price to $15. I thought it was kind of sketchy, it seemed like he was trying to pull a fast one. How does one think that a not even filled box be over $30? Make sure you're paying the right amount for typical Chinese food.“
