This IMO is the worst local Caribou location in the area. The service always feels either super intense and highly caffeinated or just plan entitled and snotty. Perhaps my biggest pet peeves are the fact they refused my request for a larger water, are stingy on giving napkins if they bother to give any at all and worst of all make the customers hold their heavy card reader in their cars with them in the drive thru!

No other location does this and it just feels...

Ordered via the drive-thru, my order was accurate, the barista was friendly and my drink was a good temp. I am still sticker shocked by the price of coffee drinks, but that is everywhere, not just Caribou.

As of 11/29/23The staff’s customer service attitude “seems” to have improved since last year!An year ago it was horrible ?Made me wait 10-15min for a coffee for an in person order, while they were exchanging gossips ?
