Ripley and Isa were exceptional! Such a delight to be waited on with patience, grace and the most shimmering smiles I’ve ever seen in the service industry. Cold Stone to me has always been a second choice to smaller establishments, but I was reminded today, it’s the people that can change your predispositions in a second. Ice cream server was very rude - cutting me off while trying to relay ingredients and then more rudeness and interruptions when that was brought to his attention. Somebody needs public discourse skills - probably one reason for no customers!

Have you had a Cheesecake Named Desire?! This decadence was the best store bought cake I have had in a long time! We had an excellent experience from ordering online a week ahead of time, the cake being ready on time and the attentive employee who helped us upon pick-up. This birthday cake was so worth it!

Absolute horrible service. Walked in with 2 staff members staring absent-mindedly my girlfriend and myself. It wasn’t until I said A awkward Hello that the staff finally acknowledged us. With todays inflated prices and this new culture of demanding tips I will never be back.

I made the great decision visiting Cold Stone today! Placed my order through the app for the first time. Hartley who was working and made my order was genuinely amazing! We had many fun conversations! They showed a great attitude, work ethic, and was very positive! Definitely going to this location more often because of the kindness and fun Hartley showed me!
