I recently dined at Corktown Eatery & Bar and had a good overall experience. We tried the smoked pork nachos and the garlicky mushroom Swiss smash burger. The nachos had amazing flavor with the brined onions really standing out, but some portions of the nachos were missing the smoked pork (pork was mainly in the middle). I went out to lunch with my sister and friend here. I ordered the loaded mac and cheese, which wasn’t super flavorful and didn’t have that much pulled pork, but it was a large portion. Had a fish sandwich and wife had a burger. Fish sandwich was very good, the burger patty could’ve used some seasoning, seemed pretty bland. Everything else was great, will be back!
