The people working here are nice enough and do their best, but they regularly forget items from our order. I order 3 kids meals and an order of chicken strips for them to share and they've forgotten them on 3-4 occasions, a long with forgetting an order of fries about as often.Also, strongly recommend against the current "new" bacon. Cooked to the point of shoe leather.

i got an ice cream one scoop in a CONE i waited 20 minutes and there was no line and they mixed vanilla in with my chocolate when i only got chocolate and they didn’t even give me a cone the lady was very rude and said never mind and whatever

We will not recommend Culver's to anyone. Expected and needed a sit down restaurant as TV ads and personal recommendations had told us. What we found was a walk up, McDonald's style store, where we had to quickly scan a faraway and tiny print menu. The cashier was impatient with us (he wanted to take his break) because we wanted time to look at the menu.The "burgers" were fake meat. I make better burgers at home with 80/20. Tasted like the gut bombs you get at Dairy Queen. Soggy buns, cold fries. This was at 12:30, so it should have been freshly made.When we were able to sit down with our meal, we saw a scannable sign that seemed to indicate table service was available, but that menu on an even smaller phone screen? You are crazy, Culver's!When we got back to the hospital, we were asked how we liked Culver's. Told them our experience and the nurses apologized to us for sending us there. They should not have had to do so.

Waited in line for 3 shakes for 30 minutes. Like many people in the reviews this seems to be a recurring issue with the drive thru. I have watched 6 cars behind me pass with food orders. I do not not recommend this place. I don't care how short staffed you are this is ridiculous especially for a few shakes.

The food is always great, the service is great too because they are trained to ask for the details of how you want your order and they are always polite and easy to work with. The atmosphere is comfortable and it's always worth coming back.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessible parking spots are right next to the doors. The doors have push button functionality to make getting into the restaurant easy, even if you are self-propelled.
