I've always enjoyed bagels, cream cheese and lox at Einstein, however this particular store made me gag because it needs HELP. It needs a deep cleaning, starting from the front door all the way to the back. The kitchen was very dirty, floors, counters and so on, I decided not to eat and just order coffee and it was gross. Please get this place cleaned up.
I can look past forgetting to include the double baked hash brown that i ordered, but I am completely disappointed in the fact that my sandwich wasn't even cooked. Not warm, cold and uncooked. Included is a picture of the sandwich, you can see that the cheese isn't even slightly melted. It's disgusting.
