Bless these employees, they always have so much work to do and yet they do it well. I can tell that they’re going as fast as they can without compromising quality, and they’re always kind to me when I’ve talked to them. My only wish is that someday the twice baked hash browns will stay stocked though lunchtime, but I understand that they are popular! Thanks to the WCU Bagel Bros team for being awesome!
On the upside,the people working there are nice. On the down side, they are slow. A few years ago, it was a decent operation, but they have new management and workers. In fact, they are the slowest fast food workers I have ever encountered anywhere. No matter the time of day or how many people are there, be it two or twelve, expect to wait at least 15 minutes. Decent bagelsLong wait times around 8 amDrinks made fast food slow and that causes the temps of drinks to be not so desirable when u finally get food. They are often out of things as well. U have to order on kiosk and u can't adjust cetain things the way u like which is weird. Prices not consistent either.
