We drove up from southern Minnesota to see our son. We came here after his football game a little after 10:00 P.M. whom ever manages this location I hope you know you have a hidden gem, the gal who made our sandwiches Mary was absolutely amazing. Not only was she accommodating to letting us have that little extra time to eat and chat, she was helpful even with our daughter and her phone. Mary if you are reading this, it was refreshing meeting a person as kind hearted as you are. Thank you for just being you, you made our family’s night. ❤️

I ordered delivery for my family and only received a Narmer and soup — both kids’ meals were missing. When I called to get it fixed, I was called a liar instead of helped. That kind of customer service is unacceptable. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t enjoy messed-up orders and being talked down to.

This is the worst sandwich shop I've ever been to I asked for a steak sandwich it's I get it and it's full of water just dripping water the bread is 100% moist management after I walked up and said hey this is a shity sandwich I need a replacement or something different she didn't want to replace it or anything. Very subpar unsatisfied with erberts and gerberts and will never go back again. I've never seen such subpar product customer service or integrity in any business in my life . So I guess I file a civil lawsuit over $12 sandwich since I can't even get a replacement for the very subpar food I wouldn't even give my dog.
Best shisha lounge in town! The hookah is smooth, the staff is caring, and the place looks beautiful. The homemade drinks and food really make it special. Highly recommended for anyone in Frankfurt!

Managers and employees were rude to Customers . WE witnessed them tell the Customers they get wat they get and did not want to give them the right Sub. We walked out. Poor Customers .

I went their to pay $80 for Subs. When the subs were done none of them were labeled we then asked the workers witch was witch. The worker then assured us witch sub was witch. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. I went back to my office and 2 people did not get the right subs. We went back to hand the wrong sub in for a new one. Bot the managers and workers ignored us and said it was the Customers fault. We told them no it was not due to not labeling the Subs. The managers were really rude and the workers and refused to make it right and told us to deal with it and their not at fault! HORRIBLE SERVICES!!! LABLE THE SUBS!!!

I’ll call yesterday, July 15 was told they close at 11 on the website and say 12 cause today at 10:30 on July 16 now they’re saying they’re not doing delivery. This is the worst herbs and herbs franchise in Duluth have never been told that they stopped doing delivery at a certain time they should shut down.

Absolutely ridiculous, I got the Goliath? The very last time I order from here. I asked for a scoop of Mac an cheese an the guy completely ignored it.

This place is short staffed and is not open as late as the hours say. I made the drive down at about 7:30pm and the doors were locked. They had all the interior lights on until I tugged on the door. At least update your hours...
Zero stars. Went in asking for a return because my turkey looked blue. All 3 workers, including the general manager says this is normal. Refused me a refund. I would make sure to open your sandwich before taking a bite.
Went there on January 10th 2025 a brand new guy stated it was his first day was on the cash register by himself and when he went to get the manager Jamie for help she had an attitude and yelled to the front of the store towards me about she doesn't care that I save money or something along those lines then came up and complained that I would only be saving a certain amount of change if she rang up the meal as a meal instead of separately and I said well money is money and she said yep and you're wasting our money and then got pissy and eventually deleted the order and remade it and had an attitude as she walked away didn't want to help the new guy didn't want to help a customer extremely lazy then I called the store to find out her name knowing that she would answer since she did not have a name tag or anything on and when she answered I got her name and I said okay thank you and hung up the phone she then proceeded to blow my phone up multiple times from erbert's and gerbert's landline and actually was stupid enough to leave me a voicemail that is absolutely nuts your customer service sucks
