Duluth has several excellent pizza places and LuLu's is my favorite! It is a family-owned restaurant and a hidden gem. Their sourdough crust is amazing. When I share the pizza with others people love the unique pizza flavors and want to know where the pizza is from. I always get requests to order from LuLu's again. My personal favorite pizzas here are the La Chiva and the Pesto Paradise. Yum!

Killer pizza place, unique and sells slices. Perfect for a quick lunch. On top of being amazingly delicious, the owners are kind and incredibly friendly. They spotlight local artists and rotate art every once in a while. I love seeing the new art. Love this

I love this place! From the walls covered in work from local artists to the friendly staff, it's a treat to visit even if I'm not buying. I think... I'm always buying! The pizza here is so good! The crust is that fresh, chewy kind I haven't found anywhere else. I usually eat lunch here because they sell by the slice. There's always cheese, pepperoni or sausage, and a special. The specials can come off the menu but occasionally they are new creations. Soup & sourdough baguettes have recently been added to the menu. I recommend the carrot ginger soup. It's very warming on a cold blustery day downtown! There are tables to eat at. The entire place is clean & well lit. My only negative is that the Italian sausage is a bit too spicy for my taste and most of the pizzas have jalapeño or other peppers or hot things. I'm a "ketchup is spicy enough" person.

My sister and I split "La Chiva" and it was out of this world. As avid pizza (and beet) lovers it so fun to try. It was made fresh to order and came out super quick. The man working the store was really friendly and helpful when picking out which type to get. Can't wait to go back the next time we're in Duluth. We're gonna try the Bahn Mi next time!Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian pizza was great! We eat meat as well and we're totally satisfied.

The most welcoming place ever! Their menu caters to any type of palate, my friends and I got their bahn mi and la chiva pizzas, both were incredible. The owner is also very nice, plays great music, and has a clear love of cooking. Gave us free breadsticks and a new dip to try with them. Will absolutely be coming back next time I'm in Duluth!

The crust, the special Lulu’s garlic sauce, and buffalo mozzarella were phenomenal! We had the Margherita pizza and it seriously is one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had!

Really outstanding family owned pizza joint. It's unfortunately sandwiched between vacant buildings and Maurice's "ode to a parking ramp" styled corporate soul s***** of a building. So the views aren't great, but the service, art stuffs, and the freaking pizza is all awesome. The pizza my friend...is "chef's kiss." I've had pizza all over, and lived in New Haven for a bit, and this is right up there. It's missing the coal fire taste, but it is a very, very good pizza. The sauce and crust cooked too perfection and the toppings are plentiful. 10/10 would smash another couple of slices for lunch any day.
