This restaurant is always dirty and the staff has become very rude over the last couple of years. Do not recommend, they can't even own up to their mistakes.

First off we didn't ask for sauce so why is there a huge pile of it on top. My fries were just thrown in the bag upside down. Half the tacos weren't fully wrapped. My cheese sauce was on the bottom upside down. I get having a bad day but damn. Really? If you hate your job so much quit š¤·āāļø

Went through the drive through today and asked the guy if I could get fresh cheesy fiesta potatoes because every time I order them they are stale, burned and cold. He said for sure, I will make sure they are fresh today. I received them with my order and they were stale, burned and cold. I like them but will never order them again

The lack of customer to employee interaction has not only slowed down the service time, but also the accuracy of the order. Although the food was okay, the extra that I was charged for never made it on the tacos.

I went to the drive-through had to repeat myself many different times to get them to get the order correct and try to order a second ticket on the same drive-through and they would not allow us to do so we had to go around the drive threw again.
I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!! Watching the worker outside smoking the devilās lettuce and then come in and apparently forget to WASH THEIR FRICKEN HANDSā¦.. this is exactly why I donāt eat at Taco Bell ever!

Everything about this places looks seemingly nice! Butā¦ donāt be fooled by their act! Waited in line for too long, missed my cousins wedding, and lost valuable time Iāll never get back! Why would you PURPOSELY try to ruin others lives! So hereās the situation, I ordered a nice simple meal maybe like two tacos and a drink! After waiting an eternity my food came out cold and moldy and wet! When I showed my proof to the manager they said I was over reacting and needed to take a chill pill and go home! Iām so done. Never coming back and am always advising other to stay away too!

Loved the bean burrito with green sauce at my first job, a Taco Bell in downtown San Diego (long gone), new version was not as good (we made the frijoles from a bag of dry beans, pressure cooked in store. The good old days. Still a fan of the green bean burrito!

How does a chain fast food restaurant run out of ALL sodas? Like running out of one is fine, but everything? This should be a major embarrassment to the management. I really should have gone to the one in west Duluth I guess.

All burners are off even though they are open for at least another 30 mins. Terrible staff and customer service. If I could Iād give a -99 rating bc of how terrible it is here.
