Ordered 3 taco supremes in drive through. Was asked if everthing is correct on screen. Total was $8.27. I said yes. Now here is the problem. I was now asked if I would round up-(donate) to help save a certain child ( forgot exact name ) Thought this was strange but agreed to round up change. Was then told ok that will be $10. Asked what my total was at the window. At first he said $8.27. I asked why was I charged $10. The responce was, ohh that was before tax. I will not be coming back. The amount of $10 is not a big deal. Felt scammed and guilted into making a donation. Just wanted to get a few tacos after a hard day at work. I have been working in retail managment for over 40 yrs. Shout out to cashiers Joshua B and Christopher with the great energy. Both nailed my complicated crunchwrap order 2 nights in a row. Didn't get the name of blonde manager looking lady who inspired me to get out the phone and write this review out

Best Taco Bell in Duluth! This is the TB location that I have never had difficulty with. Orders are always correct and the food is great for what you’re paying for. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with taco bell. Used to love Taco bell. The staff were very kind. But the the 12 pack Doritos Locos Tacos price was outrageous. 39 bucks for 12 Tacos? I asked 39 bucks? Are you sure that's correct? The staff explained to me the new change about the 12 pack. Just can't believe how expensive that was though. I wouldn't be eating here for a long long time due to pricing. But service and staff were great!

A rare excellent experience at a fast food restaurant. The restaurant was clean, sadly unusual these days. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was well presented and good tasting. I'm no fan of Yum Foods; frankly, I find it horrible that they are using AI to take orders and robots to prepare food (both in the U.S. now, look for it here later). This visit broke the patern of bad fast food at high prices - it was a great visit.

So sick of giving them a chance. EVERY TIME I COME HERE THEY MESS UP MY ORDER OR DONT PUT SOMTHING IN THE BAG. I GET HOME AND TRY TO CALL, THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
