Excellent food and workers. My daughter fell out of her chair and it was the end of the world until a young gentleman working gave her a little ice cream with free sprinkles (no charge) and it made her tears turn into wet smiles. Love this place

We had a chicken sandwich and a Philly cheese steak wrap. The wrap was a bit bland (I wish it had some more meat) but the sandwich was amazing! The fries we had were great also. We will definitely come back next time we're in duluth!

My husband, daughter, and I came here for dinner- we had never been to this location— only the one by Sam’s Club (which is the one one we will ever go to again)
We ordered our food at 5:32pm and we sat down to wait.
About 15 minutes into waiting- we hear someone behind the counter say that they are completely out of beef to another worker- and that he was running to the store to get some.
No one ever came to our table to let us know that we would be waiting for someone to go buy burger and get back.
We did not get our food for 40 minutes after ordering. When brought out the guy said “did you have order number 75? We said “yes” he practically tossed the trays on the table and walked away without another word.
They didn’t offer a discount- a free desert- a refund- NOTHING! After not even communicating that we would be sitting and waiting for 40 minutes when we were the only not to-go order in the place that did not already have their food.
On top of that- the burgers and the chicken tenders were all extremely dry.
The people working in this location need to learn how to communicate and to be more personable.
Highly unsatisfying experience! Especially for spending almost $60

Was greeted immediately by friendly and helpful employee. Ordered a burger and cheese curds. It was cooked right away and everything was as requested. Food was delicious. Service was great. Price was in the range I had anticipated.

My husband and I were visiting Duluth just for a weekend getaway and we were looking for somewhere to go for ice cream.
We found this place and decided to go there. When we walked in the door we were greeted by two gentlemen that were working there.
We were able to look at the ice cream that they had and pick out what we wanted and then they told us to you have a seat and they would bring it out to us when it was.
They're serving sizes are more than generous and their prices are very very reasonable.
It's located in a very easily accessible area and the inside is set up very cute.
You should check out their food menu as well. We didn't eat any of the food there. We just had ice cream but the food that we saw when we were there definitely look like it was delicious.
You owe it to yourself to give them a try if you're ever in Duluth visiting.
