I love Great Lakes Gear Exchange! Very well organized inside with a good selection of seasonal gear! Prices are very fair (much better than the other Duluth used sporting goods store, which rhymes with schmay-smit-schmagain shorts). The staff is super friendly and helpful. AND GLGE supports Chester Bowl, which is awesome! Go here for all your outdoorsy sports needs!
Their customer service is fantastic. I've been able to get what I was looking for each time I've gone in. I go here before I go to big brand stores. Clothes are gently used and reasonably priced.

Nils fixed a broken buckle on a child’s backpack. Turns out that clear buckles are very rare, so he just pulled one off another old backpack, this time black, and it’s good as new. Ready to pass on to another kid. Thanks, Nils!
