10/10 for their food!! The Gouda BLT is SO good. Also their gluten free bread is great! And their tomato basil soup is to die for!! Highly recommend

Had the Smoked Gouda BLT, and it hit the spot. Freakin delicious. Chips were standard ruffles fair; but the sandwich went down fast. Perfect for a quick lunch bite.

This sandwich shop was adorable! You order at the counter & then they have SO much seating and bring your food to you! They have ADA accessible seating and seating upstairs! The sandwhich was a typical sandwich but supporting a local business is always great :) Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly people with great sandwiches. The vegetarian options are clear and plenty which I have not found in many other places. The portion sizes are really good and the creamy tomato soup was amazing. Would definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: Clearly labelled vegetarian sandwich section

Was craving a grilled sandwich and soup on a chilly day. Decided to try Toasty’s as we were passing through on our journey home. I ordered a Bruschetta sandwich and Tomato basil soup. The soup was good. Sandwich was severely lacking in flavor and cheese. There was one paper thin slice of cheese (not exaggerating) and some other cheese? Mozzarella maybe? Sparsely sprinkled on. Tasted no balsamic. It was the saddest sandwich I ever ate. Only bread option was wheat. It literally tasted like two plain wheat bread slices. The building is located in a weird spot and almost looks like it’s not even open when you arrive? Probably won’t be back and won’t recommend.

My family visits Duluth at least twice a year. When we do, it is my task to scout out restaurants. I found what I thought was a gem but found out quickly that it is not. 3 of us got the turkey Tom, and my youngest kids got the kids burger, and 1 of them had a PB&J. As my kids were eating their burgers, I saw that the meat was a little pink/red in the center. I asked myself, should I be worried? Nobody at the counter asked me how they liked their burger meat, which should have been much first sign something was off. Immediately after consuming one of my kids, they said they didn't feel good, rushed to the bathroom, and had the runs for the next 10 minutes. He had stomach pain for the rest of the day. The next morning, his brother woke up throwing up. I am waiting for my daughter to get sick as well since she also consumed a burger. The rest of the food was just okay; if you have had a turkey sandwich, it's exactly that a turkey sammich with 0 condiments on the bread. The highlight was the tomato soup; it was flavorful and delicious. If you do decide to come here, keep your kids away from the burgers. Since two of the three that ate burgers got severely sick from what I assume was food poisoning, we will not be back again.Kid-friendliness: They have a reasonably priced kids' menu but stay away from the burgers.

Outstanding grilled cheese for kids, adults, and vegans. The bread that they use is a wheat bread that has to be house made as it's paired perfectly with their sandwiches. It's light and flavorful that melts in your mouth as it's seared with butter on the grill(vegan butter as an option for my wife as well). Even our five yr old gave his signature double thumbs up. To seal the deal we got 3 sandwiches and drinks for $23....AMAZING.

This was amazing! I got a grilled vegan Swiss with pickles and basil. The front staff helped me decide between vegan cheese options and they were so nice. We are visiting for the weekend and will be back again tomorrow.

Toasty's is the best local sandwich shop in Duluth and a must try! They have a great variety of unique and classic sandwiches with the freshest ingredients. The wonderful people who own and run the place are extremely friendly and genuinely excited for you to enjoy their food. Ew. We came here for lunch. I think perhaps they do not have enough workers. It took nearly 20 mins to even see anyone. The worker was sweet but the service was not good. We ordered the steak salad,.pb&j, bruschetta, and a Jalapeno pepper slider. It was all lacking flavor and honestly was gross. I love bread, but this bread was nasty. The bathroom was gross too. The building itself is cute though. This was the worst lunch we've had in a while. The best thing we ate were the ruffle potato chips. We will not be returning. I am unsure how this place has a high rating.
