The Mecca of toasted sandwiches. This was an out of body experience when it came to good ass food. On holiday in Duluth and needed a lunch spot- from the second we walked in we were met with excellent customer service. You can tell this staff loves and cares about this food. This place was a welcome surprise in the middle of Duluth downtown. The sandwiches Tom makes are just so good! I mean these are simple ingredients for a grilled veggie sandwich but almost everyone gets it wrong. I did take out a couple of times over two days before I went on some hikes and the sandwiches were the perfect reward for the end of the trail or hike. They did not get soggy and remained fresh even hours later. The prices are also very affordable given the quality.

Enjoyed a fresh and tasty meal here. This place is really a hidden gem. Lots of potential. Duluth definitely needs a place like this. Tom is up and coming chef who is a good addition to the food scene in Duluth. Waiting to hear more about the exciting expansion of this establishment.
