He cares as much for making the event successful as he does with delivering delicious food. He has worked with me on menu development for guests with allergies and specific preferences. We've never run out of food and it's always on time! CKC is reliable, accommodating, and absolutely delicious. Their turkey dinner for Thanksgiving is perfect!“

“My husband and I hired Affordable Best Catering for our wedding in July. The service and food were amazing! Wade met with us to go over our meal plan and had samples for us to try of the food we were interested in having at our reception dinner. Wade was willing to work with our dietary needs of having a gluten and dairy free option. He even provided GF and DF rolls for us! The price per person was phenomenal compared to other catering services and the food was SO delicious! Wade was so sweet and really willing to work with us!

“Classic catering had GREAT food! They just served for our wedding the other weekend. The only thing we were disappointed about was they never brought (meatballs) the late night snack. I had said we wanted to add that and it was never added. ? other than that it was great!“

The food tasted absolutely amazing (we were getting compliments all night long), the prices were a lot more reasonable compared to other wedding caterers we looked at, and the day of operation went smoothly aside from a few miscommunications about what was already pre-paid for (we had pre-tipped the staff a month or so prior and paid for closing staff and cake cutting services but those items weren’t showing up on their end resulting in my mom and coordinator getting pulled aside a few times throughout the evening to sort out) - it all got resolved though . Also if there's left over cake that you want to keep, I would recommend asking the day-off staff to hold on to it because they ended up throwing our left over slices away. Aside from those minor hiccups, everything else went smoothly and most importantly, the food tasted amazing and was presented beautifully.“

“They open shortly after 7:00 am. Lumper guys came to my truck and charged $150 for unloading. They accept Comcheck, EFS and cash. There isn’t really parking but you can stay overnight on the side of the street right before facility. I got here the night before and stayed until those guys came to me. No one else bothered me“

One time was a last minute request and Paul went out of his way to make sure the order was what we needed and that he delivered and set it up on time (breakfast for 60 people) instead of my having to pick it up and do it myself.
