Hadn’t been to a Duncan in years because of where I live. The guy running the drive-through, Dennis was great making sure that my order was perfect and we even chatted for a bit while I was waiting for my coffee to be made.

“There were a few employees visible and only 1 customer. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and when I was given a cone, the ice cream slid off into my hand. The employee just pointed to the napkins. I asked for a cup which I received but no spoon. I had to get another employee to provide it.“
