Dunkin' Donuts in Eagan

“This location of Dunkin donuts has to be the best location I have ever seen in the past several years of my life. What makes it really incredible and memorable are the two young men who happen to be on duty during the afternoon at 4:00 p.m.. today. One of them's name is Rykert. I'm 76, and to be greeted by a young person with respect and for that person to develop a conversation when so many people are buried in their cell phones, they forget how to talk, well all I can say is I wish I lived here and could be at this store more often. That gentleman truly deserves recognition and to be acknowledged for how he provides customer service. In today's world where most customer service is electronic, it was heartwarming to see a human being, especially a young human being who has manners and can carry on a respectful conversation. Thank you to Rykert. Thank you to the manager of this particular store. My head is off to you guys for a successful life. Okay, got to go. Back to Rochester.“

Hadn’t been to a Duncan in years because of where I live. The guy running the drive-through, Dennis was great making sure that my order was perfect and we even chatted for a bit while I was waiting for my coffee to be made.
