I asked was it normal to have such long Delivery times... The CSR told me that they were short staffed on in house and driver's. It came about 90 minutes total time. The pizza was nice and hot. My son was paying cash as WAS NOT Informed that the drivers DONT give out change, you must requested change when ordering. Understandable now days. Here is were I have a problem, if that's the rule then you should inform your customers of it when they tell you they are paying cash. Our bill was $78.00, so the driver ended up getting a $22.00 instead of the $10.00 tip my son intended to give him.“
