Bernie's is an amazing place to eat with a wide range of delicious flavors. The restaurant is clean, bright, and gorgeous, offering friendly and helpful service. Guests can enjoy dishes like breakfast croissants, bean spread sandwiches, patty melts with tots, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burritos. The take-home section offers options like almond croissants, lemon poppyseed muffins, potato chip cookies, and halvah cookies, all of which are delish! The bakery features high-quality and fresh items, including fantastic cookies and pastries. The focaccia is possibly the best ever, tasting like it was baked that morning. The Wondersub and Knoepla soup are both fantastic. While service can be very slow, especially at the pastry counter, the food is always worth the wait. The restaurant is a gem of a place worth the drive.
