It was a little late to walk inside to make an order, so my wife and I had to use the drive-thru. The employee that took our order was very easy to hear over the outside speaker. Her voice was very kind and she was most certainly patient while we made up our minds on what we wanted to order. All in all, it was a very good experience. May wife and I certainly appreciated our orders and our experience here tonight. Thank you!

Walked in and saw lobby was full and drive thru was packed. They had my to go order filled and I was out the door in about 1 minute. Very, very happy with the service and the fries were HOT, my burger was excellent. 5 stars

The lady at the drive thru had a nasty attitude and continued to refuse to give me my food until the passenger put out his cigarette. Mind you that the lady was not polite about it. Stating false claims saying it’s against the state law but she did take my card before she said anything. I do not know why it was a big deal until after my money was taken. Disrespectful.
Friendly employees and always good ice cream. Fries were good and crunchy too.

Hey Vicky from the Egf Dairy Queen, I hear you're the manager and I'm must say not pleased yet again. When I told you this small amount of fries was a little outrageous for what I paid. You REFUSED a refund. But do not worry, Some of your past employed staff(Who also was disgusted about many of your previous endeavors) I heard this isn't your first time. I try to respect my elders or anyone for that matter, but apparently you'd rather gossip with coworkers, and fixate on problems you should deal with outside of work rather than helping the customers at hand with a complaint. This is the 3rd time your staff has done this. And probably why your known as the least clean AND the most disrespectful Dairy Queen owned around egf/gf area. And I am anything but picky but your service was honestly revolting. But hey, I am the one with the time to write this about French fries but it's more about courtesy and catering to your customers. If I were using foul language that'd be different. Wish you the best in your future jobs because Fast food isn't your lane

Love this DQ for everything!!! I usually order my burger kinda complicated and they never act like it's a bother. They always get it correct (hopefully didn't jinx it) exactly how I order it. It's always fresh and made after I order not already cooked. Chicken strips are always fresh and the ice cream always great! Owner is usually on site and customer service is awesome even when he's not. Best fast food in EGF or GF by far!!!
