A treasure in Easton, MN. Great time for our girls night out!
I love Margaret’s Pub! It has a sophisticated, casual atmosphere and great drinks. I enjoy that they have a rotating selection of crafts beers. They offer tasty food, too!
In the middle of rural Minnesota—where cornfields roll under wide prairie skies—stands the most unexpected treasure: an Irish pub so authentic it feels transported, not built.
Step through the door and the Midwest falls away. You’re in a snug lit by amber lamps, warmed by dark wood and low laughter. The bar hums with history. The stout settles slow and proper. Time softens.
It shouldn’t exist here. That’s its brilliance.
