The outside of this location looked bare. I really couldn't tell if they were open to be honest. It kinda looked like the building was closed (mind you the temp is like -7degrees F outside). I got good drinks and food when we went inside.

Used to be super good, made the drinks with love now every time order the drink taste like plain lemonade. In addition I only order trenta’s with light ice and it’s coming 2-3 inches lower than the cap rim not even full probably equal to a venti. Highly disappointed. Used to be an awesome location. Now meh!

I go to Starbucks religiously. These past few weeks I’ve been going to this location on my break and I order online so I can pick up my coffee. I make my way over to the store and pull up to the drive thru window. At any other location I’ve gone to I’ve never had any complaints about having to go to the intercom first. I proceed to ask the lady for my order and her response in a rude way was “next time you need to stop first” I told her that I’ve never had to do that in that location or any other one. She hands me my coffee right away, forgets my pastry. I usually go to the Starbucks in Chanhassen and they employees are very kind. I was disappointed to see how rude the employees are in this location, since it’s already happened a few times.

Went to this Starbucks on the way to my daughter’s dance and went through the drive through. I ordered a medium caramel macchiato and ended up only getting 3/4 of the cup filled with froth and not milk (note I didn’t order a traditional macchiato) the drink tasted like plastic as well. I had to throw it out because it made me want to vomit. The cost of the item was more than I usually paid as well. I attempted to call the store many times but it rang until it was disconnected. I also attempted to email Starbucks customer service but didn’t hear back.

Beware they cannot make any blended beverages as their blender has been broken for over a month now and they have no idea when it may be fixed or replaced. The staff is very inattentive to customers in general and also don’t pay attention to any customizations on drinks.

I went for drive through. Ordered a drink and bread and asked for it to be warmed up.
Bread was not warmed up. The receipt was not given to me until I asked, and they charged a tip without asking me. I wouldn't have mind tipping if they got my order right, but this is just disingenuous.
One of the most terrible establishments in the city. And among the worst establishments is Starbucks - where I do not recommend you to go. There are an average of 15 people in front of you, the staff doesn't care about you, the place is uncomfortable, stupid music, flies are flying, they look like the staff. the staff is inattentive to customers, throwing products to customers on the table like a rugby ball. I waited for my order in the Dordash service for 20 minutes. when I called the manager and said that I would write a review about their establishment, she just agreed that they were terrible and said thank you. Well, in general, I strongly do not recommend it. go around / avoid. since what you will encounter is that during rush hour, there will simply be no parking spaces. enjoy your meal.

Customers beware of the employees working at the window they will select your tip amount prior to handing you the card reader for payment. If a tip option is not available during payment they have most likely selected an option for you. Ive frequented this location and realized this has happened to me at least 3x. On this last visit I called the store and spoke to the supervisor and she couldn't even give me refund even though I called rite after leaving the drive thru and provided her my exact order time and order details. How dare you select a $5 tip without my permission!
