Today I had the wonderful experience of being served by Sam at the bar for dinner. His customer service and attention to detail is the reason I will be returning back. Working in Hospitality myself it's very difficult to find someone who has a natural niche in the customer service industry. Keep up the Great work!

Went with a group for lunch. Service was fine for such a large group. Overall the food was good, but the servings were huge and expensive! No lunch menu, just the regular dinner size servings and prices. Most of us took half our food home, but it's not improved by reheating.

I made the mistake of driving my 1 ton truck & couldn't even get into the parking lot & would Not fit in the ramp. Just an FYI !Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level with curb ramps.

Our server was great, just want to make sure we put that out there. I am allergic to raw carrots, and so I asked our server if the carrots in the lo mein are cooked. She said yes, but I was trying to be cautious and I asked for no carrots in my dish. She confirmed that they could make the dish with no carrots. Great! But when it came out, there were carrots all over the dish. I hate sending food back, it makes me super uncomfortable, but I had to in this case since stir fried vegetables aren't usually cooked all the way through and they were unavoidable. The food was good otherwise but it just soured the experience for us on Valentine's Day.

The big bowl is one of my favorite places since 2005 being a vegan and a spice lover. This is difficult for me to write but the quality of big bowl food at Edina has deteriorated and became extremely sub-par. Since Covid we have been ordering for a take out and we have given them 4 years of benefit of doubt and Covid's concession for bad quality and irresponsible services. . The food ordered is most of the time incorrect. If you don't open the containers and check, then either something is missing or is an incorrect order. Most of the times they will forgot to put dessert. I always have to open the packed boxes when I pick up my order to verify my order and alas something or other is wrong or incorrect. The quality of the food is deteriorating the curry is either too light or it taste very different or stale. The whole purpose of this review is to help management make some positive changes. I really pray that the quality and service improves!

Normally I think their food and service is quite good. But, the teriyaki salmon I had was on the dry side. In the past it has been quite good. The food preparation is not always consistent.
The food is very fresh and the servings are large- had left overs for the next day. Absolutely loved the potstickers! We used to have a satellite one in the Byerlys and we miss it terribly.

I know this sounds dumb but i've never been to such an amazing restaurant. Of course the food is everything you could want and more. not only is it literally the best chinese ever, but you can't get this quality anywhere else. im not sure how many managers there are here, but i have mostly seen a young man managing. he is so incredible to his staff, ive even seen him help calm down a waitress who was having a rough night, and he was so sweet. i could not recommend this place more.

Friday night and the restaurant was busy! We had a great server, pleasant and attentive. We all got our favorites (chicken pad thai and kung pow chicken) and, as usual, our meals were delicious.

The waitress, Yallen, had great suggestions on what to order. Food was fabulous, 2 of us had different curry dishes. All 3 of us had to get to go boxes as the orders were very good.

Service was good, food was mediocre. Ordered the egg rolls, they were nothing special, bland, slightly overcooked and greasy. Also ordered the Pad Thai since it's their specialty. It was very bland, almost like something was missing. Partner ordered the Mongolian Beef. It had more flavor than the other dishes. Overall a disappointing visit.
