Such great potential in this location! I'm guessing this place is short staffed. Messy and dirty, so I chose to eat in my car. Service was confusing, probably because they are short staffed. Food was good, but I expected the bagel to be toasted. Executives need to help quickly, or it will fail! IMO- EINSTEINS is better.

This review is not low because of the food. I usually get the same thing everytime. An everything bagel with light chipotle mayo, lettuce and tomato, add bacon and extra turkey. It is always amazing (also hard to mess up so if you do... -_- ) this particular visit the sandwich turned out great, no complaints on the actual sandwich. Ok the service. Guy at the register was nice enough but there is a sign that says "order here" with an arrow that is misleading. Especially because in a lot of bruegers you order then pay ( or at least my experience) here you order and pay then wait. Plus it was like 1145am (close to lunch) and legit 1 guy at register and 1 girl just making hella sanwiches. Major understaffing and just not great service overall. Then i peek in the back and there are 2 extra people there just hanging. Just a note that the sign sucks and service was lacking

Why is there no seating available inside??? You either have to eat your bagel in your car, or wait until you get home when it’s cold (ok, maybe lukewarm). Either way, what a dumb experience!Edited 4 weeks later on 1/31/24: Hoorah! The indoor seating is back. Adding back 2 additional stars from my original review. Now the only thing that needs to be ironed out is the new ordering system, it’s counterintuitive and customers are confused. I felt bad for the gal behind the counter who had to keep reminding people that policy has changed. While I personally like watching my bagel sandwich get made, if they want to keep the new ordering system they need to have a sign that says point blank “order at register” (not the confusing sign they have now) and also change the divider thing in the restaurant so people stop lining up at the counter instead of register.

Very confused ordering area. Staff wasn’t happy with standing in the normal line to give them my order alone the glass case with bagels. Like any other bagel place you order and pay for what was made not order at the machine and then wait along the bagel making location.Just got a bad vibe from male employee about the ordering system when it’s poor signage and employees are visibly annoyed and have reminded 98% of customers that it’s corporate decision. This isn’t a good format and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I ordered ahead and showed up at this Bruegger's only to realize I was at the wrong location. The manager (didn't catch his name) made my order for me on the house even though it was my mistake! This level of customer service was just amazing and I'll be sure to direct all my online orders to this spot from now on! THANK YOU!! :)

Takes forever and always understaffed. The Southtown Bruegger's should train this one.

On Christmas Eve I came in for two bagels with cream cheese. I paid approximately five dollars a bagel since my order came to over $10 and my bagel had about a teaspoon of cream cheese on it. I have never experienced this at other locations. They usually give a generous smear of cream cheese for the price you pay. I vowed in the past to never to come back to this location because the manager is not very friendly. It always seems that he hates being there. In fact, he was working the register on this day. He didn’t offer a smile when I placed my order.I called to let him know about my order and, he never came to the phone. I Would not recommend this location As this is my consistent experience here.I recommend going to Southtown which is not too far away. The management is nice and you at least get a smile when you place your order.I gave the atmosphere one star because there is no atmosphere. You used to be able to come and sit down and now you can only take your bagels and go. During the summer, there are two Bistro tables if you want to sit outside. In this day and age service is so important. Especially in the morning when people are just waking up, they are looking for a friendly smile at the places they frequent. And with prices of food being so high for all of us, people need to get what they are paying for. This is not to bash your business, but to give feedback that should be considered in the future. I have no plans of ever coming back because this has been My third experience like this, and I finally decided to write about it.

The food is good, but the employees are trying so hard to be personal that it discourages me from eating there.Parking: Hectic, cramped lot.

Still good food! And service was great. The store itself could use a face-lift. Almost seems like they haven't moved anything since the

Always understaffed and overwhelmed employees. Poor management. Never again. It took one hour to get a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Go elsewhere.

not sure why they closed their dining room, and now on top, they now make you order at the register while the person making food stares at a blank screen waiting for the order to come in. seems like a step backward making things take twice as long with only one person in line ahead of me i was in the store for over 15 minutes for two items. Michelle the lady making your food is amazing as always.

What a horrible experience! First of all you don’t know which way to order. The registers on one side and your order on the other. You weren’t allowed to eat there so I ordered food for my family and wasn’t allowed to sit down and eat. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And then the guy blamed it on corporate that you’re not allowed to eat at a sitdown restaurant. Just completely unpleasant experience and unacceptable

Disorganized and slow. The one server with curly hair completed one assorted bagel order and my egg sandwich in about ten minutes..... Zero sense of urgency.
