Absolutely baffling use of space. The line to the counter was annoying, confusing and disorganized. It would take no effort to stage some bollards and direct the people to line up differently especially since the space is basically empty and there is a massive buffer between any tables and the counter. Other than that it's a typical Bruggers, and they do what you expect: make bagels.
Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. Used to be my favorite place 20 years ago, it is so far from the same. Terribly understaffed, the dining room is closed and makes it looks like they are about to go out of business. Boxes and random stuff all over the place. Sad.
