how haven't I been to capriottis before and how hasn't anyone suggested it?!? Seriously the best tomato bisque I've ever had. Thick, creamy, and ever so FLAVORFUL! Love that the Sammy's come with coleslaw on top!

I had been curious about this place and found myself in the area and hungry. There is no indoor dining and all the tables are stacked up still. When I arrived at lunch time on a Saturday there was just one couple ahead of me and the ordering took little to no time. The wait to receive my food was just the right amount of time one would expect for a hot sandwich. I ordered the waygu cheesesteak and it was so freaking delicious! I would definitely order that again. The staff didnt seem to have any emotion neither good or bad, which was a little odd, but who knows. There is a small parking lot outside and there were spots open which was nice.

If I could I would give no star. I ordered my sandwiches online from their website. When I got home, I noticed they made the sandwiches wrong. I called the store and talked to the manager. I told her that my Sandwiches are made wrong. She didn't apologize . She said what do you want to do to? Instead of saying I'm sorry, is there anything I can do? Remake it or refund the money back? She later told me she'll call me back because she have to talk to the owner. She never called back and I waited for her call for more than a hour. I had to call back.

Guys sorry to say yall are way overrated. The American Wagu tastes overwhelmingly like a bolongi (which tells me they use pork and not beef!!!!!!)But because I believe in second chances I went back and try something else. This time I ordered the bbq chicken double provolone... got there 10 minutes after expected pick up time, only to find they where litterly leaving my order on the table open and not finished. They obviously forgot about my sandwiches and I had to wait as they wrapped them up because they tried to tell me they where done just needed to be wrapped. Only the sandwiches where missing ingredients.Guys grilling today are clowns.Your signature sub tastes like bolognaCooks can't even get all the ingredients on.

I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit here. The employees are courteous and thorough. The food has been great, and orders have always been accurate.

I placed my order online and checked the box for no slaw, but when I got home to eat it there was a pile of slaw on it. I tried to call, but was sent to a voice mail that is full. Terrible first visit and probably won't go back.

We placed an order online and I popped over to pick it up. The website was super easy to use and order from. We were really excited to see some vegetarian options there too. So we got 1 with the impossible beef and one with the vegetarian chicken option. They were both surprisingly good! I was shocked! Easy process, good food, and the place looked nice. I wouldn't mind sitting in there to eat in the future. It's definitely a better option than some of the other big sandwich brands around.

I have heard much and read much about their reputation and so today, I had an intense craving for a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I have visited Capriotti's website many times drooling about which configuration of a sandwich I would like to build there. The place in Edina, Minnesota was basically empty and a few people came in from door Dash or Uber eats to pick up sandwiches to deliver. I spent almost 5 minutes looking directly into the eyes of four or five people who appear to have the capability to take in an order and one woman was swearing on her phone, Another person appeared to be on a heavy dose of medication, licking the sides of her cheeks, not making any eye contact. I wanted to turn around, because the place was empty, the people who were trying to serve us looked high on drugs, and in case you don't know I am a physician so I am qualified to make this statement. so to get onto the actual food review I ordered a medium traditional cheesesteak sandwich and ordered two different sides, one consisting of sweet peppers and one consisting of spicy peppers. The 15 minute wait for this sandwich, because there were four other customers in front of me, was absolutely not worth the wait. The entire team at Capriotti's in Edina appeared to have been on drugs and everything was done in extra slow motion. To put this in perspective, I went to the competitor located at Southdale Mall and many years ago it had been my default place to get a delicious cheese steak Philly sandwich! within five minutes. FYI to let you know I spent an extra two dollars for this extremely mediocre Philly cheese steak sandwich located in Edina , MN, to critique the actual sandwich that was prepared for me. The preparation and cook time was about three times longer than expected and based on my experience and vast experience of loving Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. initially when I ordered my sandwich there was some confusion because I asked the person who took my order and I requested that half of the peppers be placed on one side and the other half peppers be placed on the other side and I am specifically referring to the sweet versus hot peppers. I asked also about the cheese and she said my only option was American cheese. I had read on the website that provolone cheese was an option. I will not publish this review as I think that it is always fair for the owner of the restaurant to review critiques and respond in a professional manner you should respond to my message/email immediately

Walked in and walked out, after seeing how dirty the place was. The grill was caked with remnants from previously made sandwiches. There were empty, half full and full ingredients boxes all over the floor behind the counter. Without knowing how long this store was in disarray, I wasn't going to take the chance.

I was super excited to get Capriotti’s because I haven’t had it in about 6 years. I was hoping it was as good as I remembered and it definitely was. On top of the best cheesesteak ever, they have a super friendly and accommodating staff.

Fantastic sandwiches and salads. I deducted one (1) star because they don't carry Coke products. This is a must try and has become our default Philly Cheese Steak location.

I had the Bobbie and it was a good sub, nothing too special though.

This has to be the best sandwich shop around. Fun environment and friendly staff who like to have fun always makes a place so much better. Wish I had known about it sooner, working at new construction site near by would have been getting lunch here on the regular, and will be for sure now!
