No acknowledgement of my standing at the counter with my little granddaughter for almost five minutes. No, hello or I’ll be with you shortly. Nothing! Once I finally did order, it took almost ten minutes and it wasn’t busy. One other person waiting.

The person behind the counter has the most unfriendly personality . Does not smile or great customers. Takes your money and stands there looking at you, with no further directions. How am I supposed to know she doesn’t serve customers? After a while she indicated(did not speak) that I should wander to the other end of the store. If wasn’t like there was anybody else in the store. I think I will be going to McDonalds from here forward.

I always have a good experience at this store. They get my order right and in a timely manner!
Easy in and out experience. No many customers as you would expect at 6:50 am. My drink was read in minutes and hot. $5.99 for a medium mocha is ok, maybe a little pricy, but a treat.
