This is by far my favorite Caribou location! I frequently go out of my way for this spot because my drink is always made with consistency and love. It’s honestly hard to see some of the negative reviews. I’ve always had a positive experience with all of the employees I’ve interacted with here. The staff are friendly and observant. Love the coffee and use to love getting the surveys to save a little $$$ but you’ve made it so hard to get surveys it’s very irritating! Really a bad choice from your marketing department!
I never go to coffee shops cuz they're expensive, but why don't they have medium roast available all the time? When I went there they had medium decaf, dark roast, and light roast. Because I was in hurry I I got the dark roast.
