Bichota Cafe is a prime example of great leadership that have purposed in their hearts, that through all that has happened they believe something beautiful can be birthed. Bichota cafe brings family, friends, different ethnic backgrounds which ultimatley speak unity and diversity. This place is growing and will be very succesful in the years to come. “Walked past three national chain coffee shops to get here. Well worth it. Nice guy kept up happily with the mini-surge of customers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat floor from main hall. This place is on the second level, the main raised walkway that Minn. has. Walked a block to find a way up. Two four foot wide plus doorways here. Four tables with chairs , two easy chairs. And two bar height chairs at a higher table.“

“I’m unreasonably fussy about my tea. The preparation of oolong I’ve enjoyed twice this week is extraordinary. Serene uncluttered interior. Nice bathroom. Highest recommendation.“
“Super chill place for a specialty drink! Relaxing vibe, calming ambiance, and really cute corner café. The place was bright with lots of natural sunlight and lots of tables to get work done and enjoy a delicious latte in one of their house mugs. The music choice really added to the chill experience. Had a half lavender half rosemary oat latte and it was delicious! Bakery items also very good. 3 bus takes you right there, neatly tucked away in Como. Will be back some time!“

“I really wish I still lived close to this shop…I would come in and was always warmly greeted by the staff. Their website only lists a few selections, but if you drop by, they’ll have multiple other flavors on tap.At first I was really reluctant to try the Heatwave because everything else is refreshing, and I feared the heatwave wouldn’t, but I was totally wrong!When I lived near by, I'd make a point of dropping by to pick up a growler of the Ruby Punch and a 750ml can of something else.I have never been let down by their brews, and I really wish they had a location in the south metro so that I could keep giving them my business (hint, hint)…But seriously, try their tea, it’s fantastic!!“

“Great atmosphere, large open space with multiple different areas and backrooms to sit. Nothing to complain about the service they were very quick. I got a cortado and it was great, however the mochi donuts (which were still delicious) tasted a little bit off. Perhaps old. Overall I would recommend 9/10.“

“As a daily coffee drinker, I look for local shops to try different flavors and found this shop at the airport on my way to Minnesota. This exceeded my expectations in all the right ways! The beans are roasted and ground for each cup, traveling up vaccuum tubes (it's really entertaining to watch). When I drink a latte, I want to taste the coffee, not just a cup of sugar. My white mocha was well-balanced and not too sweet. Before my flight home, I had to go back for another cup! Well done!“

“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“
