“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“

“I've had a chance to talk with the owner, and hear his heart about the love he has for the people and the community around this amazing establishment. Although George Floyd square and the surrounding community have been impacted in so many ways, they have shown resilence and what it means to stand together. Bichota Cafe is a prime example of great leadership that have purposed in their hearts, that through all that has happened they believe something beautiful can be birthed. You have the option to have them delivered directly if you're within 20 miles but I chose shipping as I'm on the edge and didn't want to be a bother. To my suprise, they were hand delivered to my door the next day. 5 stars for service and after brewing a cup this morning, 5 stars for quality as well.“

“Super chill place for a specialty drink! Relaxing vibe, calming ambiance, and really cute corner café. The place was bright with lots of natural sunlight and lots of tables to get work done and enjoy a delicious latte in one of their house mugs. The music choice really added to the chill experience. Had a half lavender half rosemary oat latte and it was delicious! Bakery items also very good. 3 bus takes you right there, neatly tucked away in Como. Will be back some time!“

“Not understanding how they don't have better rating bc honestly, this + my last Spyhouse visit in St. Paul blew me away. Adore their seasonal specials with sparkly/ fruity/ herby elements, their clean bathrooms, their decor/ gorgeous spaces/ aesthetic @ all 3 locations I've been to (+ tons of seating!), & their baristas. I can't wait to go back. Only thing I wish they had was whipped cream, lol. Oh, AND, best part - they're dog friendly. Gave my gal a biscuit. 🥰“

“I’m not a coffee guy, so my wife ordered the Ethiopia. It was a good cup of coffee, exactly as would be expected from an airport, and nothing crazy special. The store itself was pretty clean, and being able to get your own bags of beans with a fun touch.“
