“I love this place. Whenever we stop in Eden Prairie to go to the mall, I make sure to get a Bacon Cheeseburger and Cheese Curds from the nice Vietnamese couple that runs the restaurant. I love how she always gives my dad flak when he doesn't eat her cooking! I recommend this spot to anyone looking for something to eat in the Food Court.Parking: Located in Eden Prairie Mall“

“It can be a bit crowded, busy and loud. A unique experience. You get a pay card attached to your debit card and pay as you go. The building is an old industrial building converted into several restaurants. There is a tapwall with 20 ish rotating beers, ciders, wines and kombuchas. On the other end of the interior is a full service bar with beer and hard liqours. You can find something that almost anyone will eat. And everyone can get what they want. Kid and family friendly. There were seating areas both out front and out back that had firepits and deck heaters for outdoor enjoyment.“

“I really enjoyed the birria tacos at this place! The deliciously tender meat combined with the perfect heat of the salsa created a perfect taste. The delicious consomé added an extra layer of perfection to the overall dining experience. A must-try for anyone visiting!“

“A great space to meet up and allow for dietary restrictions or taste differences. I got the most amazing mezcal drink, that I unfortunately can't recall the name of. The bartender was spot on with the suggestion and put together a work of ART. Got the chicken tender basket and was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the juiciness of the tenders. The fries were alright, but a fried upgraded to the cheese curds and wow. I don't usually like or gravitate to cheese curds, but these were done really well and I enjoyed them thoroughly. The dipping sauce was a nice blend. Topped it off with some ice cream! When I asked for a sample, they said they don't provide samples but if I was unhappy they would replace the scoop. I got the puppy chow and it was heaven. I tried an egg nog flavored one and was disappointed.. but was treated so well when I went back to replace that scoop. Overall I felt it was really pricey, and I didn't love needing to tip because I did my own service and clean up. There was also a table topper QR codes to order, but then I needed to go pick up the meal from the counter, it wasn't delivered to my table number. The woman was cranky when I clarified if the order was mine as there was no indication, and gave a nice eye roll when I asked for a sauce cup. Water glasses were small and I needed to refill frequently which was annoying more than anything..“

“In love with the vibe of this place, it is dark and rustic with light wood, velvet upholstered seating, and minimal decor. The feel is a bit pretentious, but not off putting in my opinion. The food is mostly small bites and a couple sandwiches, and the wine and drinks menu is fairly priced and thoughtful.I got the olives and pickled vegetables, and the eggplant red pepper dip with crudités. The picked veg was great- crunchy carrots, cauliflower and other veg pickled to vinegary perfection. The olives were big meaty Castlevetrano olives. For me things went downhill with the dip and vegetables. The dip was sweet and spicy, but the assortment of vegetables was not my cup of tea. I didn’t touch the celery or the green onion (was I supposed to eat that on its own..?) The cooked mushrooms were good and the quality of the vegetables were great, but I should’ve asked what veg was included before ordering. Also, a bit of bread included with this would be a nice addition, without needing to order it separate and pay extra. The apricot old fashioned was okay- a tad sweet up front and bitter on the end. I was happy with it but it is on the sweeter side.Overall I did enjoy Dutch Bar. 2 small plates and 2 drinks were about $50 and they do add a hospitality service fee, but such is the current climate when dining out.I will also mention there was a strong smoky cooking smell in the place. However, I am eager to visit again and try out a few other items!“

“Very cool-one building with multiple, unique kitchens with a variety of cuisines. Food is for pick up/delivery only. I ordered and paid online from the Thai restaurant for pick up. I got a text when it was done so I drove over and inside I used tablets to let them know I was here- it will either direct you to the lockers or the counter for pick up. The tablet directed me to wait at the counter for my food. They scanned my wrapped up food order and I was on my way! Such a cool way for loads of restaurants to produce amazing food while removing a lot of stress/overhead for them. This is one building housing easily 5+ restaurants, will be returning to try others! My Ethiopian Uber driver said the Ethiopian kitchen here is very authentic, so I’m trying that next!“
