This is about as close to authentic Chinese noodle soup as you're going to get in the cities! Fresh pulled and shaved noodles! Also, they have wood ear mushrooms, which are delicious! Master noodle is a family favorite!

We love getting Master Noodle for takeout when we want something warm, satisfying, and still fairly healthy. I usually get the Taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodles, and my husband loves the Master Noodle soup. The scallion pancakes are also divine; highly recommend trying them! Consistently great quality and we never have to wait too long to pick up our order.

We went here on Christmas Eve at about 7:00. They were pretty busy, but not to the extreme. Appetizers and drinks arrived quickly but the rest of the food took over an hour. Understandable given the date but not ideal. The staff were apologetic about it, and the food was great when it did arrive. Reasonable prices too, we were with 7 people and split 5 main dishes, this was plenty of food. A nice place but a one-off bad experience.
