I should have read the reviews about this location before going there today.
My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch. I got the macaroni and cheese which came out fine and he ordered one of the newer zoodle bowls. About halfway through his lunch he pulled out a hair. It was small - kind of looked like an arm hair, but nonetheless a hair is a hair. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered online, went to the pickup counter, woman was on the phone then upon hanging up didn’t even look at me, just turned around and went out to deliver to tables, not even a “I will be with you in a moment”, complete disregard for my presence. Ultimately order was right there waiting but due to the confusion/frustration by everyone waiting for pickups, had no idea, literally walked out without a single employee...read full review
When placing an order to go, make sure you check the order. I ordered a small Mac and cheese buffalo chicken and small cheesy bread and when I got home it was a pesto Mac and cheese no cheesy bread.
