Pajarito never disappoints! Great food, great service. Not my first time visiting and certainly won’t be my last. Our server Star was super attentive and quick. Their Christmas bar pop up was a fun addition this time of year.
We ordered 4 dishes and they were all spicy (including the salad and the beans). The choripan was good but completely different from what the menu described (instead of chimichurri and aioli it had pico). The yucca was great. I think the food would be great if it was better described in the menu and clear regarding the level of spiciness. Other flavors were muted.
We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Pajarito in Edina. We went on a Sunday evening and had a great experience. The flight of salsa was excellent. The salsas do not carry as much spicy heat as expected, but did have good flavor. The chips were excellent. The Caesar salad was very good. The quest fundido was thick and perfectly melty with a flavorful chorizo. The flour tortillas were good, but not great. The carne asada was very well prepared with an exceptional sauce base and grilled...
