I mistakenly placed an order (twice) at this location due to fumbling the location on the app - called and the manager was gracious enough to cancel my orders. The prompt customer service for my mistake was greatly appreciated.

Had a very good Wreck on Wheat! Quality of the sandwich is excellent compared to all the choices and different sub shops out there today. Had even more amazing customer service. Taller bearded fellow with a backwards baseball hat was so friendly and helpful, even made a special trip around the room asking people how their food was. Thats a rare thing today in this food industry where everyone seems so crabby and irritated. Thank you for the great experience.

They prepared lunch for my company. Anthony and Mikayla customer service was absolutely amazing and very professional. I highly recommend ordering from this Potbelly location.
