It is hard to put into words how rudely I was treated for no discernable reason by the manager of this at this establishment, except to say that I have written fewer than 10 negative reviews during my lifetime. Avoid this establishment if you value being treated with any kind of courtesy or value as a customer.

Food poisoning for sure. They act like they don’t understand you or can’t hear you because they’re making your food wrong. Decide to toast it even if you don’t want it toasted but you can’t complain or say anything because they just don’t care and all stand around and look at each other. I’m guessing the five star review was from the owner or an employee. Yes you should get paid more but you should also have people on staff that care what there doing and not all look at the child at the cash register to translate then he just stares off into space.

This owner wants to give people food poisoning… I ordered a turkey sub and realized that the meat at giant black spots… I asked what those spots were and the owner started freaking out and yelling. This place is incompetent.

This review is for the Subway in Edina in the centennial lakes strip mall. Friendly employees, and the place is always clean. The food is the same as other Subways

Placed an in app purchase an immediately realized it was the wrong location. Called them within 1 minute of placing the order. Kid that answered the phone said, "yeah?" when answering...so professional. I explained the situation and he said he needed to ask a manager. Great. He said they didn't know how. I said I would call back as I was at the subway I was closest to and needed to order food. Asked the manager at the location how she would handle the situation and she said, "easy, just cancel the order in the register and it will automatically refund the customer through the system, but a manager has to do it." Cool. Call my "friend" back at this location and get a "yeah?" again. He said they can't do it because their computers are too old. When I tried to question him he hung up on me. Tried calling back and surprise...they wouldn't pick up and their voicemail is full. Two can play that game as I had 25 minutes to waste between kids activities and hopefully drive them nuts by repeatedly calling them. Hope they enjoyed the phone ringing off the hook for 25 minutes during dinner rush hour.

Very Rude and doesn’t give respect if you ask them something. Not sure how they are still in business. Terrible attitude, no wonder subway is not making profits.

I see a few Karen's and Ken's in the reviews littering hate. People I saw were great, professional and friendly. They get paid hardly anything so you will run into a bad apple every once in awhile. Pay them more and you'll get better employees.

This is a decent Subway, a lot better than it used to be. It gets super crowded over the lunch hour though, prefer to go there for an afternoon snack rather than during peak hours.

Today I ordered using the app for the first time, my fault I didn't realize it was not curbside. I called and said I just placed an order using the app and I would like to change it to curbside, the young man who answered said sure. I pulled up to curbside and waited and waited. Finally went in stood by the door as there were several employees behind the counter and only 1 customer, I asked if my order was ready that I was curbside and I had been waiting more than 10 minutes. They said they did not have my order. Not only could they not hear me with a mask on all the way by the door, they also couldn't find my order when I spelled my name. I went to the car to get my phone and show them the app, no one would come by the door and I was not comfortable going in as they had family or friends in there dropping off a red back pack without a mask. Finally I gave up and left. I checked the app and not only did I have the correct location they already charged my credit card. No food. Seriously bad service, bad language barrier, bad assistance when it was clear i did not want to come in and then stealing my money and providing me no food. TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!!
