Cashier couldn't understand what I wanted to order and what I paid for was not what I ordered only to find that out later as it was takeout. I couldn't understand a word he was mumbling in some foreign accent.

This location had drive thru employees today that were full of rage and vitriol. I have been several times and they often miss items so I try to check my order before driving away and most often they are more than willing to get the missing thing for me. Well not today! Got accused of saying "no crackers" when I said " with crackers" and because I checked in my bag as usual I apparently pissed the guy off for that and then asking for my missing cream cheeses. Spent almost 40.00. Jeez! Not going to be going here again, damn cuz I liked their salads.

Throw back to the 80s and 90s. This place hasn't been remodeled since I went here as a kid and I LOVE THAT. It's like walking into the past, but it's still clean and well maintained, aside from some booths with some minor seat damage. The food was what I would expect from Wendy's, which is not a bad thing. The peppermint Frosty was really good, more than we were expecting.NOT a fan of the plastic cups, especially since they claim to be more environmentally friendly because they are recyclable. That may be, but they also say to check that local facilities to recycle that type of plastic exist, there are no recycling bins, and these will just end up in the landfill. Instead of putting the onus on the end consumer to check for facilities, these should only be sent to markets where such facilities exist, and bins placed in restaurants to facilitate the recycling. Otherwise these are significantly worse than coated paper cups. Not the restaurant's fault as they are likely limited by what Wendy's corporate allows them to order.

I did not have a bad experience here, but witnessed quite a few unhappy people with problems with their orders and wrong items. It seemed to be short staffed and a lot of confusion. The manager was a little short with some of the customers.

Omg. Avoid at all costs. And whatever you do, don't fill out the survey on receipt. Mine went right to the store once I clicked submit (who knew), and then counter employee Michael got all upset and claimed I lied on survey. Literally, when I asked for drink refill that is customary at Wendy's, he said "I just saw your survey", "I think you lied in your answers" and "I don't think you deserve to get a refill". See photo. I'm at table with breakfast and this is him at counter all upset over a survey. Unreal. But sadly it was very real. Best part is right after telling me I lied on survey answers and giving me lecture about importance of being truthful, I asked his name and although it turned out to be Michael, he lied and said it's David. I guess his anger over lying only extends to others, not to himself. As other reviews have noted, this location is a mess. Suggest you avoid it.

This feedback is a reflection on management not in store employees.The drive thru is awkwardly and poorly designed. The lobby not being open during lunch on a weekday is annoying. Would avoid this Wendy's if possible. Lobby is scheduled to be open.

Sean an Employee who works there is absolutely horrible at any sort of employee interaction. Was rude from the Drive Thru Com all the way to the 2nd window. Never seen someone like him, I don't know how management is hiring these kinds of people & think it'll make a business where repeat customers gladly come back. He started using profanity, he was very strange, and that's when I decided to leave. I could complain to corporate but leaving this review is what I have time for today. Anyone reading this? Take the time to go elsewhere. NOT this location of Wendys, unless you like to be treated with extreme disrespect.

$5 biggie bags are great value. Most stores are offering strawberry frostys. Haven't used the app but if it offers PayPal payments be my 2nd favorite fast food place.
