So I was placing my order for a burrito bowl. I requested my rice and beef in one container and my toppings in another container because I like to take my left overs to work. One of the employees actually looked at me and started telling me they weren't going to do that. Like I was doing something wrong. Another employee said they could do it. The first employee was VERY rude. She needs to learn how to chill.
Delivery sucks! As a first time user of the delivery service, it was beyond awful. After I (didn't) get my order, all they could offer me was a free entrée voucher, with no compensation for the tip, delivery fee, etc., Very underwhelmed.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled in this instance. I love Chipotle, but this location is really bad. The first time, it seemed dirty, long wait, and they were out of mild salsa. I thought just a bad day. The next time again the place was dirty, staff disheveled. The chicken was so dry and old. Out of corn. Chips were stale. If you want Chipotle, drive a little further to the Rogers location.
